Beyond News: In 30th meeting of the Standing Committee of Voluntary Agencies here recently, the Aadhaar was an additional facility to enable the use of technology for submission of life certificate without the need for visiting banks, Minister said. Beyond News That works out to about 2.4 million deaths in a decade, and the additional deaths were found in 90% of districts in the country. Excess mortality is the difference between observed and expected mortality rates in both genders.
