Beyond News The court also directed the Corporation to install surveillance cameras in areas where waste is being thrown by people. Findings While the surgery is still unavailable for many women and children in low-income countries and regions, the procedure is overused in many middle-and high-income settings, said researchers, including those from Ghent University in Belgium.
