It is monitored by National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). News Union Cabinet approved the promulgation of the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (production, manufacture, import, export, transport, sale, distribution, storage and advertisement) Ordinance, 2019 with immediate effect.
