2.civils servents select through a rigerous process and constitution also providing protection to them.But why many top bureaucrats doing corruption.?

4.Telangana introduced a scheme to improve the conditions of farmers ?what is that? pros and cons?
5.Do you belief that unemployment is high in India? if yes what measures  should we take to create employment?

4.why is  AP demanding special statues.?why not TELANGANA not demanding it?

1 you are working as educational coordinator- which kind of responsibilities you are assigned?
A. Ma’am my responsibilities are career counseling, computer literacy and life skill education.
2 okay, so what kind of students are there in your NGO ? ma’am some students are studying in school 10th and 12th class and some are studying at college level.
3 you also play chess. – have you ever played at some state or national level? Got some medals?
A. yes ma’am- I used to play at state level during my school time and got 7th place in one of the tournament but could not play much at college level so my ranking degraded.

1 you have presented a paper on ‘civil society’s contribution in good governance. Which kind of role civil society plays in good governance?
A explained- RTI, MGNREGA, sexual harassment against women Act were brought with the pressure of civil society. So it plays a vital role.
2 if  our government is doing so much for welfare. Why should we involve civil society in governance?
A they have grass root expertise.
B some people in NGO are from the community itself – so can better understand the needs of the community
C some areas are remote where government services either have not reached or lacking.
D NGO also provide funds for the development-
3 many NGOs are working in the same sector- like health, sanitation how to improve coordination?
A sir NGO  need to demarcate their area of interest.
B government can also fund based on the need analysis- provide funds in those sectors where less NGOs are working.
4 some NGOs are not doing good work. Measures?
A sir there should be an overarching body which can regulate NGOs,
5 any recent initiatives for that?
A recently NITI Aayog opened Darpan portal where all NGOs have to get registere
6  what about CAPART?
A sir it is an umbrella body consisting of many NGO- I bluffed.
Member 2-
1 you participated in Tihar residential camp. What kind of work you were assigned?
A sir we lived and talked to the inmates. We had to identify some problems and also suggest some solutions.
2 what kind of problems you found there?
A many inmates were facing depression- counseling facilities were not adequate.
2 legal help was not available.
3 what kind of criminals you met. Have they been convicted?
A. Sir most of them were under trials.
4 what they were saying. We have done some crimes or we are arrested by the police without any crime?
A. Sir they were sharing about their crime details. And they also said that we have committed some crimes but at least we also deserve some rights therefore we should be provided with legal help and other facilities that are needed.
5 In UK some persons have take shelter as fugitives. They are saying that our jails are not humane so we may face torture. What do you think about Indian jails.
A. Sir as per my experience at Tihar jail- it is a model jail and there are various facilities like library, theatre, factories for skill building.
6 what are your service preferences?
A Indian administrative services

7 you are posted as DM- what would be your priorities?
A sir would visit the district and  talk to the people-
B would make a SWOC analysis- – strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges-
C would take up those problems which are disastrous for the State.
8 how would you do public interaction. So many people in the districts?
A would talk to leaders- religious leaders, Sarpanch teachers, who can enlighten me about the issues.
9 how would you ensure that the information is up to the mark. if they are telling a lie?
A sir I would cross check the information from multiple sour

. There might be some government officials who are working in that area, so I would ask for their inputs. Also.

1 there are some paralimpians who have became grand masters.. are you aware of that.
A sorry sir, I am not aware of their names.
2 okay no problem. You talked about positive side of RTI but don’t you think it is also creating problems for the officials?
A. Yes sir, sometimes there are RTIs with mollified intentions and government officials have to respond to them which consumes a lot of time. so it harms the efficiency of the government.
3 government has brought many policies for PWDs. What are those policies and programmes.
A rights for persons with disability Act 2016
B accessible India campaign-
C pre metric and post metric scholarships –
4 what kind of solutions do you want to give?
A sir recently our honourable PM took dinner with PWDs after they won prices at Asian games. It is a good initiative.
B. Accessibility should be given more attention-
C. Inclusive education must be emphasized-
5 are you talking about only visually impaired or all persons with disability?
A sir persons with disability from all categories
Member 4-
1 do you listen music? Bollywood songs?
A. Yes ma’am sometime- I was thinking why questions on these since not my hobby.
2 do you  know about some cricketers who have made some ugly comments at some show?
A yes ma’am in coffee with Karan.
3 so tell me why such comments. Do we need to book them for such kind of acts?
A definitely ma’am because movies are widely seen in the society and they have an impact on the  people so they should be responsible for their acts.
4 do  this literature or music, movies represent the reality of our society?
A yes ma’am- if there is a demand then these kind of literature is produced. And therefore bollywood is the mirror of our society.
5 how to correct the value system. Should it be corrected by the government, schools or family?
A ma’am family is an institution where basic socialization takes place, so primary responsibility belongs to the parents. There should be gender neutral norms in the homes.
B ma’am government and schools are also responsible. The recent BBBP scheme has helped in changing the perception with regard to girl child.

A  got obsessed with so many mocks 13 or 14 and expecting that they will say something you have performed well or feedback but that was an imagination only, so had to stand up from the chair and leave the room  With saying Thank you ma’am
Overall- very cordial board, very friendly, there were no questions on current affairs, Haryana, or graduation subjects. The interview  mostly revolved with DAF section.
