  • Air india divestment

  • For the civil aviation there were two body air india and india airlines which have been merged into one single body of air india

  • Due to lots of cess and subsidy this body always have underperforming level of the economy

  • So in UPA government idea of the divestment put on the table but face some critics and vetoed by then finance minister

  • If air india will be privatized than

  1. government debt can be solved

  2. NPA can be minimize

  3. Government revenue generation.

  4. Competitive environment to air india to perform better.

  5. Better service to customer.

  • Basic amenities in government school

  • Education should be creative activity and honest like value to be awarded but what scenario going is success only matter..

  • Education become means for the employment generation so it is also become part of ambitiousness of parent

  • Problem start with appointment of the teacher because teacher appointed with lack of integrity can not work toward child enhancement and proficiency level of the teacher also needed

  • Second drawback is the infrastructure in term of physical and technological. Lack of water and sanitation facility, lack of wall etc play major role.

  • Indian secularism

  • India is secular country in which state have no intervention in public affair of religion but also protect the religious interest of the minority

  • a secular state must not identify with any one religion or be controlled by it. It is neither pro-this or that god nor anti-god

  • A second feature of Indian secularism, the judge says, is that it does not reject religion. A secular state does not entail the denial of “reality of an unseen spirit or the relevance of religion to life or that we exalt irreligion”. On the contrary, the state must guarantee everyone the freedom to practice, profess and propagate their religion. This is the flip side of the same coin.

  • For a start, state intervention does not always prohibit but rather facilitates the free exercise of religion. The recognition of a religious community is a positive act on the part of the state. Granting rights to religious minorities (Article 25 and 26) is a form of state intervention. Thus, religious minorities can set up and maintain their own educational institutions, something large religious communities routinely do without the need for special rights. Moreover, all religious groups, small or large, have equal opportunity to avail of subsidies by the state to run their schools and colleges.

  • In short, a distinctive feature of Indian secularism is that it rejects the ‘wall of separation’ but demands that the state keep a ‘principled distance’ from all religions. It requires that the state has a value-based engagement with or disengagement from religion. Indian courts must endorse and espouse principled distance and drop the tired rhetoric of strict separation.
