• This earth quake come under high probability zone of the Himalayan state which are still geologically active

• Himalayan area felt one great earthquake in a decade that unveiled by the trend of earthquake

• Earthquake reporting come under indian meteorological department, national seismological bureau

• Himalaya one of the geologically active fold mountain have no instances of volcano due to very deep force and land to land collision

• Government should update its quake zone map to provide better risk management and town planning though we can see Tehri and many more dams in high risk zone

• Jayalalithaa and four other accused have out innocent in ruling in tamilnadu high court overruling trial court decision

• So case was transferred to Karnataka high court now Karnataka court given one week time for the procedure

• In this case jayalalithaa and four other person accused of having more property than income sources and jayalalithaa also have to quit chief minister post in between

• Sahara scam related to launching of the convertible share which have rules to take permission from SEBI and have some time limit within fund IPO should be closed but sahara have broke both this rule

• So supreme court arrest its director but they are not able to return the money of the investor as firm already over leveraged

• Over leveraged firm means firm with more debt than its capital and this trend of overleveraged firm continuous in many firm recently

• This led to threat of the indian sub prime crisis due to twin balance sheet problem and rising NPA

• 8 people die daily in Delhi due to pollution

• In recent hearing SC reveal data about daily 8 people average death due to high air pollution

• High air pollution lead to low functioning of the lung that also lead to asthma and many other respiration dieses

• So supreme court order to find out alternative way for the coke and lighting house oil consumption

• Dust causes more pollution than fuel consumption because of scarcity of humidity of soil led to cyclone of soil that come as particulate matter

• Rewriting WTO

• WTO now undergoing the fear of the trans pacific partnership and now problem coming from worlds trend of nationalism or protectionism

• In recent years WTO lost its importance because developed nation getting their bias decision or they are able to give high subsidy to its trader and farmer

• WTO totally undermine developing country and particularly small farmer and also ban on subsidy led to threat to the sovereignty to indian as how to subsidies agricultural item and how to store it.

• There are rules on subsidy that divide subsidy on color of the box like green, amber and red and if indian will breach this rule no action can be taken under rule of peace clause

• Now WTO head coming india to discuss about e-commerce and related other issues

• Irrawaddy dolphin

• Some 200 Irrawaddy dolphin have been seen in Orissa across the state

• This dolphin is now under endangered mark of the IUCN

• This dolphin major site in Orissa are Chilka lake [biggest brackish lagoon in india] and bhitarkanika

• It is cousin species of the Ganga dolphin found in Pakistan in Indus river named Bhulan

• Major threat to this dolphin are polluted water with chemical composition that make hard to live in this water, hunting, poaching, barrage are other problem faced by dolphin species in Himalayan river system

• Japan to clean sky

• Japan space authority JAXA want to take initiative for the cleaner sky form the garbage of the technical tool of space authority that are now not in use
